Employer marketing for international talent

If English-speaking candidates can’t find you, they can’t apply. Most Spanish companies look identical to that talent.

Real estate, textiles, tech — whatever the sector, the same problem shows up: careers pages that read like a translation, a LinkedIn presence that says nothing about what it’s actually like to work there, and no way to tell which channel brings the applicants who stay. Attracting a candidate and attracting a customer are the same problem underneath — someone finds you, decides whether to trust what they see, and acts. That’s the part I know how to fix.

Where is the problem showing up?

Your careers page and job ads are translated from Spanish, not written for an English-speaking candidate.
Your LinkedIn presence describes what the company does, but not what it is actually like to work there.
You post roles on job boards and hope, without knowing which channel brings applicants who actually stay.
International candidates drop out during the process because the experience shifts back to Spanish somewhere along the way.
You are competing for the same small pool of English-speaking talent as everyone else in your sector, with no clear reason to choose you.

This is not really a translation problem, and it is not solved by posting the same job ad on more sites. It is a marketing problem involving visibility, a clear story and a way to measure what is actually working. Once the employer offer is clear, I can help build the international recruitment marketing needed to reach the right candidates.
